The hotel has a charming Tuscan ambiance, making it feel inviting and unique. The spacious rooms are accessible and comfortable, allowing seniors like me to navigate easily and enjoy our stay. The breakfast was delightful and plentiful.
Better maintenance in common areas would enhance comfort.

Had a fun trip with friends! We explored the zoo and enjoyed the Blood & Treasure on the Frontier exhibit. The hotel had great drinks during happy hour and an awesome breakfast spread. Perfect for a group trip!
One downside was the rude service at the front desk. it definitely impacted our experience.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was on point—think hearty fried potatoes that hit the spot! No complaints about the activities to keep the fam entertained!
Now, the pool was a bit of a bummer—tight and cloudy after folks piled in, and let's just say, the hot tub could’ve cranked up the heat a notch. Oh, and how about some more variety for breakfast instead of just whole apples?

A Family-Friendly Getaway with Excellent Service
Our family had an enjoyable stay, appreciating the beautifully renovated bathroom. The staff's friendliness stood out, especially during breakfast. While the pool area was small, it was warm and inviting. A kitchenette in our room made snacks for the kids easy. For families, remember to bring extra linens for the sofa bed!
